Our Mission: LEAD With Heart is dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations through leadership education and development.

The LEAD Foundation offers seminars and education products for leadership education and development. All programs reflect the dual nature of effective leadership expressed in our motto, “The leader of heart is the leader of authority" and provide opportunities for internal development of the heart and external development of authority or leadership skills.

APPLIED LEADERSHIP

We all take on various leadership roles at various times in our lives. We may lead from in front or from behind. Lead With Heart is an Educational Foundation that provides Leadership Seminars for those various times in your life. 

Participants build their capacity and develop leadership skills through four different types of activities:

Leadership Study - Learn about leadership skills in interactive lectures with time to listen, time to share and time to practice. Identify and develop qualities of a good leader. Study accomplished leaders through analysis and discussion of their leadership practices.

Experience Learning - Team building activities that give the opportunity to experience creating something greater than the “sum of the parts” as each person challenges personal boundaries to experience personal growth and contribute to team growth.

Real Life Leadership - Hear testimonies from people involved in various professions about heart and authority in leadership in their own real life application. 

Taking the LEAD - Stay in touch. Participate in an online group with seminar participants to share resources, questions, answers and adventures as you put your own leadership next steps in motion.

 ABOUT THE LEAD WITH HEART FOUNDERS

Lead Foundation was established in 2003 by Pablo Iparraguirre. He wanted to excite young people about the love of God, and provide them the opportunity to develop their confidence as leaders. Together, Pablo and Dr. Ann are dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations through leadership education and development. 

Dr. Ann has been immersed in education for over forty years, teaching every age level from Pre K - Post Graduate, founding a private K-8 school, and earning her Doctorate in Educational Leadership. Dr. Ann currently works as an Instructional Lead for New York City Public Schools in Manhattan.
