Lead with Heart: Educators

     Each one of us left college with hopes and dreams of becoming a person who would make a difference in the world. Many of us became educators—not so that we could make lots of money, but so that we could change lives. These dreams were easy when all we had were theoretical books to read and a room full of classmates who were just as eager and inspired as we were. 
     Lead with Heart: Educators is presenting a one-day workshop designed to support each one of us as we look back on the school year and take time to reflect. This is a space for YOU to incorporate your original vision with the wisdom gained from the realities that you face every day. The dreams that we all had when we started this journey may not be as simple as we originally thought, but they can be just as real.
     Every year, we educators have a choice: We can reflect on our successes, our failures and shortcomings, and we can learn from them to become better. Or, we can let them shape us into someone filled with cynicism and defeat. Which choice will you make? New teachers or experienced, come join us to reflect and take control of your next year!
